Dressed for Success

Date Night Guess Who

It is Date Night, and I have no idea what to wear. Not that I don't have clothes or options, this is not the issue.

The issue is that I have put a great amount of pressure upon myself to ensure that I am the only thing to hold my husbands attention during our evenings out. He spends his day around showered, dressed, manicured, waxed and not afraid to show it 20-somethings who have yet to share their heart let alone their womb with a little person. (not to mention 6) So my typical mommy-wear simply will not do. I want him to know that he is worth my effort.

Time to rifle through the closet.

I get ready, put on my coat and wait for him to pick me up.

The kids are already situated with their older siblings.

He comes in to say his hello's to the family, kisses them and we are off.

We get to the resturant and he helps me with the removal of my coat.

He looks at my outfit and smiles his impish smile.

"Wow, you look great!"

I know he is mine for the night.
